Processing Time
Orders are processed within 10 business days unless otherwise noted. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. 

Delivery Times
United States. Most domestic orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
International. Delivery can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing. International transit times vary widely and may take longer during peak seasons.

Tracking Information
If the shipment qualifies as a letter, it will not include tracking. Larger packages will include tracking and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs office.

Sale Periods and Preorders
During sales, holidays, or preorder campaigns, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order shows as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. International orders may experience delays due to customs and can take up to 4 weeks or longer.

Undeliverable Returns
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can resend it once a correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.
